At FuelMPOWER, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review the policy below.

1. RETURN WINDOW

FuelMPOWER offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Requests made after 30 days from the confirmed delivery date may not be eligible for a refund or return.

2. ELIGIBLE RETURNS

All returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure product quality and prevent policy abuse.

Eligible cases may include:

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect items received

  • Defective products

  • First-time customer dissatisfaction within the return window

We may request photos, order details, or additional information before approving any refund or replacement.

For approved first-time customer dissatisfaction returns within the 30-day return window, FuelMPOWER may provide a return shipping label at our discretion.

3. NON-ELIGIBLE RETURNS

We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Excessive or repeated return requests

  • Suspected abuse of refund policy

  • Products intentionally damaged or misused

  • Requests outside the 30-day return window

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity

  • Bulk, reseller, or commercial orders

FuelMPOWER reserves the right to limit or deny refunds to customers demonstrating excessive refund behavior.

4. OPENED, USED, OR PARTIALLY CONSUMED PRODUCTS

Opened, used, or partially consumed products may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for first-time customers within the 30-day return window.

Refunds for products that are substantially consumed, intentionally damaged, or appear to be part of policy abuse may be denied.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription orders must be managed by the customer through their account or by contacting us at hello@fuelmpower.com.

To avoid future charges, subscriptions must be canceled before the next billing cycle begins.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled for that billing cycle.

Refunds for subscription renewals are not guaranteed and are issued only where required by law or at FuelMPOWER's discretion.

6. SHIPPING ISSUES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

FuelMPOWER is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, weather conditions, or events outside our control.

Once a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, FuelMPOWER is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

We may, at our discretion, assist with delivery issues on a case-by-case basis.

7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@fuelmpower.com.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

8. REFUND APPROVAL & PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5-10 business days after approval for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges and carrier fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by FuelMPOWER.

9. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS & BUNDLES

Products purchased during promotions, discounts, bundles, or limited-time offers may have modified refund eligibility at FuelMPOWER's discretion.

10. RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS

FuelMPOWER reserves the right to refuse any refund, return, replacement, or exchange that appears fraudulent, abusive, excessive, or inconsistent with this policy.
