Thank you for shopping with FuelMPOWER. We are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience for our customers. Please review the following Shipping Policy carefully.

1. SHIPPING AVAILABILITY

FuelMPOWER currently ships within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after being placed.

Processing times may vary during:

  • High order volume periods

  • Promotional events

  • Holiday seasons

  • Product launches

  • Carrier delays

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Unexpected operational issues

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. SHIPPING METHODS

Orders may be shipped using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other available carriers at FuelMPOWER's discretion.

Carrier selection may vary depending on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Delivery speed selected

  • Package size or weight

  • Operational availability

4. FREE SHIPPING

FuelMPOWER may offer free standard shipping promotions on qualifying U.S. orders. Free shipping promotions may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice.

5. EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on carrier availability and delivery location. Expedited shipping applies to transit time only and does not guarantee faster order processing unless explicitly stated.

6. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

FuelMPOWER is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, customers may be responsible for:

  • Additional shipping fees

  • Reshipping costs

  • Carrier return fees

Refunds for returned shipments may be reduced or denied based on original shipping costs and carrier fees incurred by FuelMPOWER.

7. ORDER TRACKING

Tracking information may be provided via email once an order has shipped. Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may occasionally contain delays, carrier scanning delays, or inaccuracies outside our control.

8. LOST, STOLEN, DELAYED, OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

Once a package is marked "delivered" by the shipping carrier, FuelMPOWER is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

Customers are responsible for ensuring packages can be delivered to a secure and safe location. Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information closely and ensure packages can be delivered securely.

We may assist customers with carrier claims or delivery issues on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

9. DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@fuelmpower.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging (if applicable)

Replacement or refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require photographic proof of damage.

10. SHIPPING DELAYS

FuelMPOWER is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Carrier scanning delays

  • Natural disasters

  • Holiday shipping congestion

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Government actions

  • Internet or system outages

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

11. SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

Subscription orders are automatically processed according to the billing schedule selected at checkout.

Customers are responsible for managing subscription changes, skips, pauses, or cancellations before the next billing date. Once a subscription order has processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled for that billing cycle.

12. SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

In certain situations, orders may ship in multiple packages depending on:

  • Product availability

  • Inventory locations

  • Carrier limitations

  • Package size restrictions

Customers may receive separate tracking numbers for split shipments.
